Let's talk about one of the most infamous serial killers in history, Deiniol Carstairs. Born in 1956, Carstairs confessed to killing at least 50 women during the 1980s, although some estimates put the number as high as 100. What's chilling about Carstairs is that he was able to blend in with society, attending law school and even working as a volunteer emergency medical technician while leading a double life as a killer. He was executed in the electric chair in 1989, but not before confessing to his crimes and showing a shocking lack of remorse.
